Privacy policy

This policy covers this website, classnet.in. It explains what we collect when you fill in the contact or demo form, and what we do with it. Last updated 20 September 2026.

ClassNet is a product. The company behind it is Ironova Technologies, of Rajkot, Gujarat. "We" and "us" on this page mean Ironova Technologies, which is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

If your school already uses the ClassNet product, the data inside your school's account is governed by the agreement between your school and us, not by this page.

What we collect

Nothing at all unless you submit a form. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no tracking scripts.

When you submit the contact or demo form, we receive:

• What you typed: your name, school or organisation, email address, phone number, city, approximate number of students, and your message.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded with the submission. We use these only to stop automated abuse of the form.
• Which page you submitted from.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person. Turnstile is loaded only once you start filling in the form, and Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy terms.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and, if you asked for one, to arrange a demonstration. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet accessible only to our team, and a copy is emailed to us. The form itself is processed by Cloudflare, which serves this website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a conversation are deleted within 24 months. If your school becomes a customer, your contact details move into our customer records and are retained for the life of that relationship and as long afterwards as law requires.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR if you are contacting us from the EU or UK, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Since the only thing we do with these details is reply to you, withdrawing consent means we delete the enquiry and stop.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS only. Submissions travel encrypted, and access to the stored enquiries is limited to the people who need to answer them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
